How to Make Spiced Nuts

A great gift for filling a holiday candy jar or serving at your party!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 6 TBSP cream
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 cup mixed nuts, or more

1. Boil sugar, cinnamon and cream to soft ball stage.
2. Remove from heat; add vanilla.
3. Add nuts and stir until you see signs of sugaring (nuts looking coated with sugar), then pour out onto a greased surface and seperate nuts.
4. Cool.
5. Fill a holiday candy jar as a gift or serve in a decorative bowl.
