Know that all you need is yourself, bare shoulders and a sunny day. You do not need to wear sunscreen if you are outside before 10am or after 2pm--that is only if you are outside for less than 30 minutes.
Step2
You must wear sunscreen if you are outside in the peak hours of sunlight (between 10-2), even if only for five minutes.
Step3
Lie down, relax and take in the rays for 30 minutes. Allow your skin to soak up the rays, especially your hands.
Step4
Do this a few times a week and your levels of vitamin D will increase.
Tips & Warnings
Wear sunscreen always during the peak hours of sun.
Only stay out a maximum of 30 minutes.
You may sweat when out in the sun--always drink lots of water.
If you have skin issues, consult a dermatologist before exposing yourself to the sun.
