Step 1
Talk. Whether there is a hot topic that needs to be discussed with a true friend, a relationship issue between a spouse or significant other, a misunderstanding between a teacher and your child, talking is a way to heal, discover, smooth over, and simply put things on the mend. Many things go amiss when there is a lack of communication.

Step 2
Walk. Walking is a way to physically and mentally feel great. A daily brisk walk increases metabolism, burns off calories, increases blood flow to the brain, and gets that old ticker pumping. Walking is also a way to clear the head of negative thoughts or figure out the solution to a topic one may have been wrestling with.

Step 3
Drive. Going for a bike ride or a ride in one’s vehicle on a picturesque day is breathtaking. Much like a walk, it helps to relax and come to terms with any pressing issues from work, regarding finances or regarding lifelong choices. Driving is also therapeutic because it allows the spirituality on one to awaken, as one is able to pass by marvelous works of nature like the orange, red, gold, and brown leaves of trees in the fall.
