Is overweight considered fat? Adults or kids with overweight needs self-control to lose weight. But not all overweight have the same problems of being fat. It does not affect to some individuals. Some person with a happy go lucky lifestyle doesn't care how large they are. For some ,having overweight can really affect their daily lives. Stress and depression is likely to happen for overweight eaters. Stop eating foods that contains too high in cholesterol and fatty meals. Meals should always have green leafy vegetables and fruits to digest your food intake easily. Meats are good but you have to limit yourself with it. Seafood and vegetables are the best source for minerals and vitamins. Eat fruits as often as you can to stay healthy and strong. You won't get easily sick if your system has a good foundation in times of sickness.
