Step1
The 1st thing that you need to do is isolate tasking. Every project consists of a sequence or series of steps. It doesn't matter if you're a retail manager, a chef, or a housewife. Isolate each step (or task) that needs to be completed and write them down.
Step2
Once you've written down each task, create a process for that task. This is very important. There's more than one way to skin a cat. You need to write down the single most effective way to complete that single task with the resources that are available to you and in the least amount of time.
Step3
Labor selection. This is also critically important. You must always choose the right person for the right job. Select someone who ejoys doing what needs to be done. And choose someone who can and will do the job in compliance to what you've determined to be the most productive method.
