Things You'll Need:
- 16 oz. (2 packages) cream cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- 1-2 tsp. lemon juice (to taste)
- Dash salt (to taste)
- Dash ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp. pimentos, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp. red pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup pecans

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except the pecans until they are incorporated evenly.

Using a nut-chopper, food processor, or knife, finely chop the pecans.

Roll the cheese mixture into a large ball (or, if you prefer, a log).

Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans, completely covering it.

Serve with crackers, toast rounds, or fresh vegetables.
