Plain pudding?
Plain pudding?

Kids love to finger paint, but the paint can be toxic or disgusting at least. Pudding provides a much safer alternative.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vanilla or tapioca pudding
  • Food coloring
  • Butcher paper or paper plates
  1. Step 1

Mix the pudding with food colors to create your paint.

  2. Step 2

Dress your child in an old adult t-shirt and give them the paint.

  3. Step 3

Supervise while they color on the paper or plates.

  4. Step 4

Leave the art out to dry for some fun decorations later!

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that your child's clothing is covered, since food coloring can stain.
  • Use tapioca for a fun texture.
  • For extra fun art, give the piece time to dry and let them at it again!
  • Don't do this on your table unless it is sealed, or your child could dye it.
  • Don't use too many colors for the younger ones, or they will just make brown.
