If you are always losing mittens when you strip them off indoors, consider this quick trick to keeping them together right where you need them most.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Clothespins
  • Some heavy duty glue
  • A nice mounting board

Step1
Mount the clothespins on the board every 5 inches apart.
Step2
Hang the board inside the door to your coat room, on the inside of a closet door, or anywhere that you strip off winter gear.
Step3
Hang your mittens on a clothespin to keep them together.
Step4
Hand a second board down low for children and their mittens, too!

Tips & Warnings

  • Hanging your mittens will help keep them nice and dry for next time, and pinning them up keeps them together.
