How to Make a Surfer on Acid Shot

This is a classic bar shot that is very smooth and works well night or day.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Herbal liqueur
• Coconut rum
• Pineapple juice
• Ice
• Shaker
• Strainer
• Large shot glass

1. Pour 1/2 ounce each of herbal liqueur, rum and pineapple juice into shaker with a handful of ice.

2. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold.

3. Strain ingredients into large shot glass.

4. Slam it back.

5. Try not to make a bad joke about either surfing or LSD.
