Things You'll Need:
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Bring water to boil in a large non-stick skillet.

Add beans.

Cook 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and beans and sauté 1 minute.

Add juice, salt and pepper and sauté 1 minute.
