How to Make Lemon 7-Up® Salad

A side dish with an unusual twist.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 2 packages lemon Jell-O®
• 2 12-ounce cans of 7-Up®
• 1 cup small marshmallows
• 2 1/2 cups of crushed pineapples
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 large bananas
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• ½ cup grated American cheese

1. Mix lemon Jell-O®, 7-Up®, marshmallows, pineapple, water and bananas and chill.

2. Mix sugar, flour and egg. Beat well.

3. Add juice and butter and cook until thick. Cool well.

4. Pour over Jell-O® mixture.

5. Add cheese as a topping.
