When your kid is sick, the last thing you need is for him to play in the snow get sicker. The problem then, is keeping your babies happy indoors! With a bit of cleverness, you can both be happy. Here's how.
Even a sick kids wants to play, and they may not realize that playing outside during the winter months could make them even more sick. Instead, bring the fun of the snow to indoor activities by cutting snowflakes out of construction paper and stringing them around the house.
Step2
Every kid loves to build a snow fort, let your child build a fort out of cushions and blankets indoors. All the work that he exerts in the process may tire him out, and allow you a few moments of nap time yourself.
Step3
Have an indoor snowball fight. Instead of using snowballs, use foam balls. They are safe and cheap.
Step4
If all else fails, you can bring in a small amount of snow from outside and build miniature snowmen in the sink or bathtub. The child's skin should not be exposed to the snow, so be sure to dress appropriately for this activity.
