Store bought Christmas cards can be very ordinary looking and not that special to give or receive. This year make your friends and family a Christmas card that looks expensive and hard to make but only takes a few dollars and under 5 minutes.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • White pre-folded cards
  • Festive scrapbook paper
  • Archival safe glue dots or adhesive
  • Christmas stickers, stamps or rub-ons
  • Archival safe pens or markers
  • Vellum phrase book

    How to Make Quick and Easy Christmas Cards

  1. Step 1

    Fold your white card on the fold line and decide on an orientation for your card.

  2. Step 2

    Take the festive scrapbook paper and tear it to half the size of the pre-folded card.

  3. Step 3

    Use the glue dots or other archival safe adhesive to attach the torn paper to the front of the card.

  4. Step 4

    Add some stickers or stamp a phrase on the front of the card to make your Christmas card look more festive.

  5. Step 5

    Finish the inside of the card with a handwritten quote or cut out a quote from a vellum quote book, which are available at most craft stores.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always use archival safe and acid free materials. Non archival safe products could damage or ruin the card.
