Things You’ll Need:

• 12 oz. cream cheese
• 12 Kalamata black olives
• 1/2 cup ricotta
• 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Pepper

1. Take out the pit of the Kalamata black olives and use a food processor to process the black olives.
2. Mix the black olives with cream cheese, ricotta, olive oil and pepper with the mixer
3. Put it into a jar, cover it and keep it in the refrigerator.

• You can add more Kalamata black olives for stronger flavor.
