Step1
Have a preset limit on how many drinks you plan on drinking. Take only enough cash to pay for the amount you preset.
Step2
Do not mix drinks. If you're going to drink Beer then just stick t the beer/ If you like mixed drinks then stay with those.
Step3
When ordering a drink of any kind, order water chaser. Water chaser is usually free but if you order water alone sometimes you charge 2-3 $. The alcohol that is being consumed is depleting the water that your body stores. The water you drink will push through your body keep those muscles hydrated so the fatigue will be less the next day.
