Things You'll Need:
- skillet
- large bowl
- large pot
- 1/3 lb salmon fillet
- 1 c. white wine
- ½ sm onion, sliced
- ½ lemon, cut into slices
- 6 peppercorns
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 lb brie cheese, torn into pieces
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
- 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. fresh basil leaves, cut into small pieces
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb bow tie pasta

Step 1
The first step in making salmon flavored brie pasta is to place salmon in skillet with lid.

Then, simply add wine and enough water to cover salmon by two-thirds.

Place onion, lemon, peppercorns, dill, and parsley in skillet.

Cover skillet and poach salmon for about 10 to 15 minutes & when done chill salmon.

In large bowl, combine brie, artichokes, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic, oil, and wine; let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water according to package directions
until al dente; drain. -
Step 7
The final step in making salmon flavored brie pasta is to toss sauce with pasta. Flake salmon and serve over pasta.
