  1. Step 1

    The first thing you want to do is sit comfortably in your chair, or what ever you have chosen to sit in. Close your eyes and take a deep breath slowly in through your nose and hold it for five seconds. Breathe the air out through your mouth slowly.

  2. Step 2

    As you are repeating this method feel your body relaxing. Start from your shoulders and move down each part of your body with each breath you take. Visualize your muscles relaxing and then allow them to d so.

  3. Step 3

    Do the breathing method at least twenty times. When you have finished open your eyes. You will feel refreshed and relaxed, and it only took ten to fifteen minutes to complete.

  4. Step 4

    Doing this regularly is very important in maintaining healthy stress levels.
