How to Redeem an iTunes Gift Card

Music lovers all over the world love iTunes. One of the most popular Christmas gifts every season, an iTunes gift card, is worth nothing if you have no idea how to redeem the card.

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer
• iTunes Software
• iTunes Gift Card
• Internet Access

1. Open your iTunes software. By double clicking on your iTunes icon, the software will open to the default page. If you do not have the iTunes software already installed, visit the Apple website to download the latest version.
2. iTunes Store Open your iTunes store. If your iTunes software does not default to the "Store" page, you will want to click on the "Store" icon. This will connect your software to the Internet.
3. Redemption Screen Time to redeem. On the right side of the screen there are a collection of links. One of these links reads "Redeem." Click this link to be taken to the redemption screen.
4. Enter your code. Once on the redemption screen, rub the gray area off on the back of your iTunes gift card and enter the code into the open bar on your redemption screen.

Tips & Warnings

• The card will not add to your account if it has not been activated.
• Do not try to enter the code twice. Once entered, the code becomes invalid.
