How to care for your knitwear!

Well! I am going to give you some great ways to care for your knitwear or woolen sweaters, caps, handbags mitts and socks etc,. In order to keep them looking like new you have to be careful how and what you use to wash and dry these precious articles in order to keep them clean and in good shape.

Things You’ll Need:

• You will need to read the directions that come with each article of knitted clothing , follow the direction carefully to maintain the life of your knitware so it will look good and stay in shape long

1. Read the labels and follow the directions on how to care for all your knitwear that you own. This jacket will require special care.
2. There might only be a symbol on the label or it might have words printed to tell you how to care for your sweater, cap, coat, mitts, scarf or socks etc,. So follow washing and drying information as requested or you might skrink, fade and ruin the article.
3. Do as instructed on label and if it says dry clean only please do not wash in water or you will have to replace that precious article that maybe your Mom or Grandma gave you for Christmas or your birthday.
4. Even socks require special care to keep them in good shape
5. Pets clothing that are knitted need special care in washing and drying and so does any special clothing made of wool.

Tips & Warnings

• Be careful and follow instructions given on label or tag to maintain and keep your knitwear in good shape.
• Do not wash any woolen articles in hot water or leave them in a drier for a long time for they will shrink and be too small for you to wear.
