How to Make a Beaded Flower for Scrapbooking

Easy and quick, this cute little flower adds something special to your scrapbooking pages. Use colors to match whatever layout you are working with at the time. Read on to learn how to make a beaded flower for scrapbooking.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • White card stock
  • Assorted beads
  • Jewelry wire
  • Thread
  • Needle
  1. Step 1

    Cut a piece of jewelry wire approximately 11 inches long. Thread your beads on it in whatever pattern or design you desire.

  2. Step 2

    Twist the ends of the beaded wire together and form the wire into a figure eight. Work the wire until the petals look the way you want them to.

  3. Step 3

    Wrap plain wire around the center to secure the shape once you are satisfied with it.

  4. Step 4

    Using the needle and thread, attached more beads in the center. When you are happy with the look, tack it to the card stock.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make different looks for the flowers by forming the wire in various ways.
