Violet/purple foods include purple broccoli, kale, grapes, beet tops and blackberries.

Step 3
You can infuse color into the water you drink. Fill a bottle with spring or distilled water. Take a violet/purple filter (see next step)and wrap it around the bottle. Place the bottle of water in a window. It doesn't have to be in direct sunlight. Allow the bottle to sit in the window for at least an hour, three hours, if it's overcast. After the proper amount of time, remove the filter and place the bottle in the fridge. Drink 6 to 8 oz., two or three times a day or whenever you feel the need.
