There are times that it becomes difficult to deal with chaos in one's life. The trick to this has a lot to do with learning how to with standing your ground. Read on to learn how to eliminate chaos in your life.

  • Self
  • Positive talk
  • Strength to say "No"
  • Ability to stand your own ground
  1. Step 1

    First off you need to determine what you can handle dealing with and what you cannot deal with in your daily life.

  2. Step 2

    Second, you need to be point blank with others as to what you are willing to deal with and what you are not willing to deal with during your encounters with them.

  3. Step 3

    You have to learn how to use the word no and mean it. If you do not stand your ground once you have said no you will not be believable to anyone and the chaos will continue.

  4. Step 4

    When you put your foot down you don't have to be cruel, just firm. Explain that you are not capable of helping at this point in your life. Usually that is enough to make individuals leave you alone for a while.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stand your ground, when individuals learn that what you say is what you mean they will back off and not bring the chaos into your home or life any longer.
  • Set rules for your house hold that are expected to be followed and then follow through with the rules.
  • If the chaos is within your home from family members seek out side help. Sometimes tough love is the hardest, but most useful in the end.
  • Do not compromise your sanity.
  • Seek outside help if necessary.
