Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large clear glass bottle
  • Blue filter
  1. Step 1

Blue has several positive qualities. It reduces fever, promotes relaxation, relieves itching, soothes irritations, and stimulates the pineal gland.

  2. Step 2

When adding blue to your diet, you can choose from blueberries, blue plums, blue corn and blueberries.

  3. Step 3

You can infuse color into the water you drink. Fill a bottle with spring or distilled water. Take a blue filter (see next step) and wrap it around the bottle. Place the bottle of water in a window. It doesn't have to be placed in direct sunlight. Allow the bottle to sit in the window for at least an hour, three hours if it's overcast. After the proper amount of time, remove the filter and place the bottle in the fridge. Drink six to eight oz., two or three times a day, or whenever you feel the need.

  4. Step 4

Color filters can be found in photography shops and even some specialty stores. Large sheets of cello-wrap can also be used. You can use the colors singly or in groups of two.

  5. Step 5

You can also wear blue in clothing and jewelry. Lapis and sapphires are strong blue gemstones.

  6. Step 6

A small blue filter can be placed in front of a light bulb and focused on certain areas of the body for up to 15 minutes at a time. A good example for this is the forehead when you are trying to reduce a fever or to help someone relax.

Tips & Warnings
