Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
Step1
When you want to look concerned, cup one of your hands on your chin and bite your lower lip.
Step2
When you get into trouble of any kind, show up at a church the next day (preferably an African-American church) and beg for forgiveness.
Step3
Prior to delivering a speech, if the television cameras are on you, pump both fists as you walk to the podium.
Step4
When you're asked a question, take a deep pause before you answer. This gives the impression that you are very thoughtful.
Step5
Another way to appear contemplative is to squint your eyes and purse your lips together.
Step6
When you laugh, rock your head back and keep your mouth wide open.
Step7
Tell anybody who will listen that you "feel their pain."

on 12/13/2007 I think that Bill Clinton is extremely charismatic, and for better or worse, that helps to make an effective president. Mesmorizing an audiance helps put them on your side, and we need lots of people (especially nonAmericans) on our side.
