Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Invisible bleaching cream
  • Hair removal cream
  • Hot wax
  • Crock pot or wax warmer
  • Wax stripes
  • Beauty salon
  • Laser treatment center, certified professional
  1. Step 1

Shop around for the best facial hair minimizing treatment that will best fit your personal needs. You can buy invisible bleaching creams to help mask the appearance of unwanted facial hair. Dark hair can be lightened up by a bleaching cream.

  2. Step 2

Hair removal creams can also be an alternative to minimizing facial hair. These depilatory creams dissolve the hair temporarily at the base of the follicle. You can expect re-growth in about two to three weeks.

  3. Step 3

Waxing is another way to remove facial hair. A professional waxing job will last about three months and since the wax pulls the hairs out by the follicles and from the root making the re-growth lighter each time. You can purchase hot wax and wax stripes from beauty supply stores and do your own waxing at home if you prefer.

  4. Step 4

Laser treatments can be temporary or some are more permanent depending on the procedure because the laser will zap the hair follicles and seal them to stop re-growth. The downside to this treatment is the expense and you usually have to go back several times to completely remove the hair.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you decide to use hair removal products be sure to test the cream in one area first to see if your skin reacts to the cream.
  • Laser procedures can do more damage then good if you do not go to a certified professional. Make sure you use someone who is licensed and experienced in the laser hair removal process.
