Color therapy involves using certain colors in the healing process to utilize the benefits they possess. You can do this in a variety of ways. Read on to learn how.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a large clear glass bottle
  • a green filter
  1. Step 1

Green has many benefits. It is a pituitary stimulant, an antiseptic, disinfectant, detergent, and a muscle and tissue builder.

  2. Step 2

You can incorporate the color green into your diet in several ways. Green fruits and vegetables are abundant. Green grapes and apples are two excellent fruits. There are also cucumbers, lettuce, and green beans. I have just listed a few of the many that are out there. Try to buy as fresh as possible and always wash them before you prepare them.

  3. Step 3

Infuse color into the water you drink. Fill a bottle with spring or distilled water. Take a green filter (see next step) and wrap it around the bottle. Place the bottle of water in a window for at least an hour, three hours if it's cloudy outside. After the proper amount of time, remove the filter and place the water in the fridge. Drink six to eight ounces, two or three times a day or whenever you need what green has to offer.

  4. Step 4

Color filters can be found in photography shops and even some specialty stores. Large sheets of cello-wrap can also be used. You can use the colors singly or you can combine two.

  5. Step 5

You can also add green to the clothes and jewelry you wear. Jade and emerald are good gemstones for this.

  6. Step 6

You can also place a filter in front of a light bulb and direct the light onto an area of the body. You can place it over an injured muscle to help foster the healing process.

Tips & Warnings
  • More intense colors will offer more intense results.
  • Do not substitute this or any other alternative therapies in place of conventional medical treatment.
