Things You'll Need:
- large clear glass bottle
- yellow filter
-
Step 1
Yellow has many benefits. It is a lymphatic activator, a motor stimulant, a nerve builder, and a cerebral stimulant. It also can help with digestion.
-
Step 2
Yellow foods are a good source of nutrients. Try adding to your diet some lemons, grapefruits, certain kinds of squash, corn, bananas or pineapple. Always buy fresh, if possible and wash them before you start to prepare them.
-
Step 3
You can infuse color into the water you drink. Fill a bottle with spring or distilled water. Take an orange filter and wrap it around the bottle. Place the bottle of water in a window. It doesn't have to be in direct sunlight. Allow the bottle to sit in the window for at least an hour, three hours if it's overcast. After the proper amount of time, remove the filter and place the bottle in the fridge. Drink 6 to 8 oz., 2 or 3 times a day, or whenever you feel you need the benefits of yellow.
-
Step 4
Color filters can be found at most photography shops and even some specialty stores. Large sheets of colored cello-wrap can also be used. You can use the colors singly or combine one or two.
-
Step 5
You can also wear the color yellow in clothing or in jewelry. Gold is a powerful yellow metal. Topaz has some shades of citrine; and some types of diamonds are good sources of yellow in gemstones.
-
Step 6
You can place a small yellow filter over a light bulb and project the light on a specific area of the body for more precise results. Because yellow aids in digestion, the stomach would be a good area for this.
