As a smoker myself I know how hard it is to quit smoking and with the added extras made from the companies, makes it even harder. Many things causes people to smoke, but the most common way that I have found is stress, and I know this because if I go without a smoke for like three hours I tend to get pretty uptight, so does most the other people that I know. Now the steps that I am going to give may not help all, but it will give you an idea of what you will go through once you start quitting, so note that this is morally a guide.

on 3/24/2008 Sure laser therapy could help those who could afford to go through all of that, but what most don't quite understand is that when it comes down to money, it cost more to quit than it does to buy a pack a day. One box of CQ cost more than a carton, and just doesn't work, Gum, pills, everything that CQ has out there. Now laser therapy itself has to at least run way over a grand. Just figure that point should be made.
Hell passing laws to where you can't smoke around an area or even any where else is really not going to get people to quit. I feel that the more that people make an issue about it the more the smokers are going to light up. And why is that you might ask? That is because of the stress level that other causes, you have to think Stress is some of the reasons most not all but most people started smoking in the first place, it gave them the sensation and with that sensation came

on 3/18/2008 I was a pack and a half a day smoker and quit smoking in one 30-minute treatment with laser therapy. I went to a company called Freedom Laser Therapy that provides a painfree low-level laser procedure which helps alleviate nicotine withdrawal symptoms. The staff at Freedom Laser Therapy is dedicated and passionate about helping smokers end their nicotine addiction.
I would really recommend laser therapy to help you quit smoking. Go to their locations page to find a Freedom Laser Therapy clinic or a local quit smoking laser therapy practionioner in your area. http://www.freedomlasertherapy.com
