Things You'll Need:
- blender
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 cup of pure fruit juice of choice
- ½ banana
- 5 large whole frozen strawberries
- ½ cup of sliced peaches
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein mix

Step 1
Pour skim milk into the blender with 1 scoop of protein mix.

Add pure fruit juice--any flavor you like.

Add one tray of ice cubes.

Add the strawberries, banana and peaches.

Blend for a few seconds, until the mixture becomes a thick frosted shake.
