How to Make a Fat Sailor Cocktail

There are drinks; there are strong drinks; and then there are drinks like the Fat Sailor. Its sole purpose for existence is to make you exceedingly drunk and crazy. If this excites you, by all means, keep reading to learn how to make it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/4 oz. Bacardi 151
  • 1 1/4 oz. dark rum
  • 3/4 oz. light rum
  • 1/4 oz. Tia Maria
  • 1 1/4 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Cocktail shaker and strainer
  • Rocks glass
  • Ice
  1. Step 1

    Add ice to your cocktail glass, along with the ingredients listed in Steps 2 through 6.

  2. Step 2

    1 1/4 oz. Bacardi 151

  3. Step 3

    1 1/4 oz. dark rum

  4. Step 4

    3/4 oz. light rum

  5. Step 5

    1/4 oz. Tia Maria

  6. Step 6

    1 1/4 oz. Rose's Lime Juice

  7. Step 7

    Mix the ingredients up with 6-10 furious shakes in your cocktail shaker. Then strain that liquid dynamite into a rocks glass over ice.

  8. Step 8

    Squeeze in the juice from half a lime, and drop the lime into the drink.

  9. Step 9

    Drink carefully!

Tips & Warnings
  • Seriously, this drink is not to be trifled with! It has high-proof liquor; and there is a lot of it. Consume at your own risk. Please, please, please do not drink it and drive.
