Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. chicken, cubed
- 1 jar salsa (your preference)
- 1 bag salad
- 1 cup shredded cheese (a Taco cheese or similar works best)
- 2 handfuls corn tortilla chips, crumbled

Step 1
Cut chicken into small cubes and cook in a shallow pan for 10 minutes (or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F).

Drain any liquid from the pan and add salsa. Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.

Set chicken aside to cool for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine salad, cheese, and chicken, and crumbled tortilla chips. Toss well.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
