Things You'll Need:
- Deck of Cards (Can play with two decks if more than 4 people)
- Paper
- Pen
- 2 or more Players
- Table & Chairs
-
Step 1
Goal: To be the first person to discard the last card available.
-
Step 2
Shuffle the deck of cards thoroughly and deal 7 cards to each player.
-
Step 3
Put the remaining cards in a pile in the center of table, and flip the top card over on the side of the deck.
-
Step 4
The player to the left of the dealer starts the game by placing a card on the top of the up-card pile from his/her hand that is the same suit or same card number/letter as the card in the up-card pile.
-
Step 5
The player then draws a card from the down-pile and keeps it in his/her hand until their next turn.
-
Step 6
If a player does not have the same suit or number/letter but does have an 8 of a different suit, the player may choose to play the 8. Once the player plays the 8, the suit/number changes for the next player.
-
Step 7
Play continues to the player on the left, repeating Steps 4, 5 and 6.
-
Step 8
The winner of the game is the first person to deplete their cards. No replacement card is available.

on 12/7/2007 Your welcome! I agree! Sometimes it's good to go back, and teach our kids the real game!
