Things You'll Need:
- 1 14 oz can of artichokes, cut small and drained of any water
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz of mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 frozen pie crust

Step 1
Cut mozzarella into cubes; add artichokes, beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.

Mix well. Pour into thawed pie crust.

Bake for 40 minutes at 375 F.
