You're going to feel so free.

The name beachcomber conjures lots of images to the liquor drinker, namely, beaches. And it's an apt image, because the beachcomber is as refreshing as a day spent on a desolate beach with your sweetie, kicking through breaking surf, searching for shells to take home and put in a jar, and maybe--just maybe--making out or holding hands. It's easy to make this drink too.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1/4 ounce triple sec
  • Two dashes maraschino liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • Cocktail shaker and strainer
  • Chilled cocktail glass
  • Ice
  1. Step 1

Put some ice in your cocktail shaker, along with the following:

  2. Step 2

    1 1/2 ounces light rum

  3. Step 3

    1/4 ounce triple sec

  4. Step 4

    Two dashes maraschino liqueur

  5. Step 5

    3/4 ounce lime juice

  6. Step 6

Now, mix that up with a strong 6 to 10 count shake of your cocktail shaker, and then strain it into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy this drink without a garnish.
