Inner thighs are one of the hardest places to trim fat from your body. You need to burn calories to burn fat, and since the muscles in your inner thighs are small, they don't burn many calories. The answer? You're better off working the larger surrounding muscles, like your quadriceps. Check out the following exercises for inner thighs of steel.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Thigh Squasher
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing straight ahead.
Step2
Keeping your back straight and your stomach tight, steadily bend your knees and sit back, as if you're in an imaginary chair. Hold for five seconds. Do 30 reps.
Step3
Leg Lunges
Standing with your back straight, stomach tight and feet together, step 3 feet in front of you with your right foot and steadily lower your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground (your right knee should be just over your toes).
Step4
Slowly return to the starting position. Do 15 lunges with each leg.
