Things You’ll Need:

• When you want to take Internet, Cable and Phone connection. Intention to take Internet or cable or Phone or all together.

   Find the Comcast deal. "Click here" click on it to go to the page.
2. On this Page it has the package details with the prices for each service.
   High speed Internet $19.99 for 3 to 6 months depending on the deal.
   Digital Cable from $39.99. But you can also take the basic connection which costs $12.50 when you complete the online order without calling anybody to avoid confusion.
   Digital voice from $39.99.
   
   Select the option Home or Business.
   Fill the Street, Apartment and Zip code to check the availability of the ISP in the area. If it is available it will ask the following question.
3. Are you a current Comcast cable customer?
   Please select option 'NO' if you don't have any one of them. 'YES' if you already have one of them (Internet or cable or phone) and to add additional service.
   What I did: Selected "No"
4. You can see the following message
   CONGRATULATIONS!
   You qualify for Comcast High-Speed Internet, Digital Cable and Digital Voice Service.
   When you are on this screen, some body will start chatting to help u. You may not need and say thank you to the chatter.
   
   If you choose the Triple Play, then select the option and Click on continue to go to the next screen.
   
   Tricky part starts here. Don't worry on the prices displayed on this screen when you want separate services.
   Select High speed Internet then you can choose option on the internet below it. Click on the button with the special offer $19.99 for 1st 6 months. Even if the price is different select it, when you call up for installation they will give the price as advertised $19.99
   
   Then Select Comcast Digital Cable. Here also price will be different. But when you choose basic it will be $12.50. If you want Preferred or Standard then you also qualify for $100 mail in rebate offer.
   
   Then choose Comcast Digital Voice, if you want it.
   
   Click on Continue.
5. It throws another screen where you fill basic information about you. First Name, Last Name, email, phone number. If you have any one phone number is enough.
   Then click on Order Now.
6. Now you are done in placing the order. Order Information is displayed and an email was sent to you. Checkout your email box for the details.
   Important part of the order is Your MSO reference number. Note down it and keep this mail for all your reference.
   
   Now if you want the FREE CABLE AND ROUTER, Order it. Phone number is mentioned in the mail to Order the equipment. Call them and order, by the time it comes, you can easily install without renting it from the Comcast.
   Wait 1 day or 24 hours to schedule the installation.
7. Call up the number mentioned in the mail for professional installation as you cant install, Service person is needed for activation. They may give the slot available and select one which is convenient to you.

Tips & Warnings

• Prices on the first screen mentioned are the prices with which it will start.
• Select the options on the third screen even though prices are different. When you schedule for the installation you can tell what you want.
• Offers keep changing. Depends on the day. Please check the offers available.
• You have to apply the mail-in rebates in the intime, if you want to get the cash back as per the instructions.
