Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Things You’ll Need:
- Large green apples or organic, unfiltered apple juice
- Olive oil
- Fresh lemon or grapefruit juice
- Chlorophyll or coffee enema
Step1
Eat five large green apples each day for 6 days. You may substitute green apples with five glasses of organic and unfiltered apple juice if you like. You should eliminate processed foods, refined flours and sugars as well as starchy carbohydrates and drink plenty of water to help flush your system. While many people perform a fast during gallbladder cleansing, you should only fast if you have experience or doctor supervision.
Step2
Mix 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 2 tbsp. of fresh squeezed lemon or grapefruit juice and 8 oz. of filtered water. Drink this mixture each night for six nights about one hour before bed. Lay on your right side each night when you sleep.
Step3
Complete the seventh and final full day of your gallbladder cleansing with five large green apples or glasses of organic, unfiltered juice. Approximately one hour before bed drink 2/3 cup of olive oil mixed with 1/3 cup lemon or grapefruit juice and 8 oz. of filtered water.
Step4
Give yourself an enema on the morning of the 8th day, using chlorophyll or coffee. If you are not comfortable giving yourself an enema, go for a professional colonic. Do not skip this step, as it is the most important part of your gallbladder cleansing. During the 7 days of your cleanse, toxins, stagnant bile and gallstones will be flushed into the colon, therefore it is important to flush them from your body to avoid nausea, cramping, headaches and other symptoms of systemic toxicity.
