Floating books and small items are a little spooky. Many instance of poltergeists, playful spirits, moving items have been linked to sexually frustrated teenage girls and angry children. When this was discovered, more study was done to understand psychokinesis or psychokinetic power.

Step 1

Imagine that there is an invisible force that exists with each person. This force is electrically charged and begins in the brain.
Step 2

Understand that the brain controls the movement of the body. We think that we want to move our legs and suddenly that is accomplished. This is done with the neurotransmitter acting on the orders of a synapse

Step 5

Study the alchemists. The old alchemists claimed that they could transmutate matter and change ordinary metals to gold. Mental teletransportation is a form of psychokinesis.
Step 6

Create a force field and you will be using psychokinesis. Mentally creating a field of protection is the use of the mind to shield the self from harm. Learn to shape shift is a way of changing the matter in your own body.
Step 7

Make an object magnetic and you will be using psychokinesis, just as you would be if you created or controlled beams of light. It is thought that some gifted in psychokinesis can create a thought in their head a have it project so that others can see it.

on 2/11/2009 This video I made shows me demonstrating psychokinesis control over the weather by making clouds disappear. Just small clouds, I can't make thunderstorms disappear.
