Everyone loves to do something special for Easter. Most celebrate both the Christian aspect and the later created symbol, the Easter Bunny. If your family has a big celebration for Easter, you can also get your pet involved. It's relatively easy to dress a dog like an Easter Bunny. Getting the dog to stay dressed is the trick.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Buy fuzzy pink ears with white on the inside front. If you cannot find them in the store, then create them yourself.

  2. Step 2

Create the ears by cutting 2 elongated ovals out of fuzzy pink materials. Cut two smaller ones out of white.

  3. Step 3

Snip off one end and stitch a white and pink ear together with the right sides facing each other. Turn the ears right side out.

  4. Step 4

Shape a thin coated wire into the shape of the ears of a bunny and insert the wire into the newly created cloth ears. The wire gives them extra stability.

  5. Step 5

Stitch right next to the wire on the inside of the wire. The stitching should be right next to the wire on the inside of the ear.

  6. Step 6

Create a pink cloth band that's long enough to go around your dog's neck with additional material to tie it. Cut two pieces of material 1 1/2 inches wide and stitch them together with the right sides facing. Leave one end open to turn right side out. Wrap the base of the ears under the band, making certain to center it properly. Fold back the base on top and stitch through the three layers. This will be at the back of the band.

  7. Step 7

Get a fluffy pink dog jacket or sweater. Glue a white cotton tail to the back middle of the sweater. Dress your dog and quickly take a picture.
