1
Poke holes in the ends of a raw egg with a needle and gently blow out the white and yolk. With a small pair of scissors, carefully cut a nickel-sized hole in one end of the egg.
-
2
Rinse the egg thoroughly and allow it to dry. You can color the outside of the egg with food coloring or paint if you wish, or strengthen the shell by gluing decorative napkins or tissue paper to the shell. If you would like to paint the inside of the egg, apply your coat of paint before adding your decorative images and allow the paint to dry thoroughly.

3
Glue a piece of ribbon or lace along the edge of the hole to strengthen and support the edges.
-
4
Cut out your peek-a-boo images and plan your egg-scape before beginning. You might use cotton balls for clouds, cut out animals or landscapes from magazines or glue small pieces of Easter grass to the inner shell for a decorative touch. The final image inside your egg is up to your creative imagination.
-
5
Place a small puddle of glue on a paper plate and carefully dip the back of your images in the glue. Use the tweezers to delicately glue your images to the inside of the egg.
-
6
Add the final touches and enjoy your peek-a-boo Easter eggs.
