How to Create Mischief at Prom

Most students view prom as one of the most memorable events of high school. While some students dress nicely and rent limos, other students want to create mischief. If pulled off correctly, your classmates will always remember your practical joke.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Buy the "Practical Joker's Handbook" by Tim Nyberg. Amazon sells this book and other practical joke books online. These books tell you how to stage and carry out pranks. Tim's book includes how to jury-rig a toilet tank and create fake vomit. Find a prank that is funny and creates mischief without causing damage.

  2. Step 2

Attend prom in a costume. You know you're supposed to dress up for prom, so why not wear your favorite Halloween costume? The more people who dress in costume, the more mischief you can cause as a group. Have two or more people wear identical costumes to create confusion.

  3. Step 3

Pretend to spike the punch. Wait until a chaperone looks and then pour some water from a flask into the punch bowl. Not only will the chaperone question you, they may decide to take the punch bowl and dump the punch. While they're occupied, you can move on to more mischief.

  4. Step 4

Let an animal lose on the dance floor. If you don't want to get caught, open the door to the prom, shove the animal, like a goose, inside and run. A friend can help you out by opening the back door so you can sneak in while everyone is screaming. Be sure you pick an animal that isn't dangerous. Also make sure that the animal won't be harmed.

  5. Step 5

Hide the prom queen's tiara. You can also replace the tiara with a hat or some other funny item. If you're announcing the king and queen, you can call the name of someone who didn't run. You can also present the prom king with the queen's tiara.
