Every year, when spring rolls around, thousands of baseball fans head to Florida and Arizona for spring training. It's a chance to shed the winter blues, sit in the sun and enjoy the boys of summer. Follow these steps to find minor league spring training sites.

Log-on to the Minor League Baseball website. MiLB.com travels to all Spring Training sites and reports on the happenings. They check out hot players and who's impressing the organization.

Go to the Spring Training website. Choose a major league team from the Arizona or Cactus League. Click on it on the left side of the screen.

Read the major league team's schedule and field information. Scroll down the screen to the bottom to find out where the affiliated minor league teams play.

Get the Spring Training schedule for minor league teams through the major league team's website. It's usually available after the first of the year.

Sign up for a spring training newsletter if the schedule hasn't been released yet. This newsletter will keep you updated with the most current information.

Look for the minor league team's website. Some have them and will post spring training sites and schedule there.

Call the minor league team administration after the first of the year. Ask for the spring training schedule.
