Wearing green on St. Patrick's Day is a must if you plan on leaving your house, even if you're not Irish. Many people will pinch a person who's not wearing green on St. Patrick's Day. However, if you get pinched and are wearing green, you get to pinch the pincher ten times.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Slip green into your outfit if you're going to work at a conservative place. A tie with some green, a green tie tack or green jewelry will allow you to wear green on St. Patrick's Day without being tacky. If you have to wear a uniform at work, ask your supervisor if you can wear a green pin, green jewelry or even green socks.

  2. Step 2

Feel free to go crazy and wear nothing but green if you want.

  3. Step 3

Try a dark green, rather than a lime green or a grassy green. Green is a difficult color for most people to wear, but dark greens often look better on people than other greens.

  4. Step 4

Don't forget about your undergarments, especially if your partner is Irish. Consider purchasing green or even teal lingerie or boxers with shamrocks on them.
