How to Stuff a Bra

Bra stuffing is a skill that has been passed down through generations. In past days, women wore corsets to make their breasts appear bigger and fuller. Nowadays, all you need is a good underwire and a little bit of padding.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Choose a bra that's a bit larger than you need and that has full coverage. This will give you more room to stuff.
Step2
Gather your stuffing material. You can use pantyhose, socks or even Kleenex in a pinch. The important thing is to make your bra cups look as smooth as possible. So fold the socks or pantyhose over on themselves several times to form a thick pad.
Step3
Position the stuffing. Push up your natural breast to form cleavage. Place the folded-up sock underneath your breast slightly to the outside, pushing your breasts in and upward.
Step4
Look at yourself in the mirror. You should always check your work to see whether it looks natural. If it appears bulky or asymmetrical, try adding more or less padding to suit your needs. Repeat the process on the other side.
