  • Bread
  • 2 eggs per sandwich
  • Pot of boiling water
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder
  • Parsley
  • A small bowl

Instructions

      Bring water to the boil in the pot before adding the eggs. Be careful not to scald yourself as the eggs are placed inside. Boil for about 4 minutes.

      Remove the eggs from the pot and shell them, leaving a hard-boiled egg center.

      In a small bowl, place the eggs and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Crush the eggs with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise until pasty.
