Things You'll Need:
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese (can use light), softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbs. butter, softened
- 1 tbs. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 chocolate cookie or chocolate graham cracker crust
- Chopped peanut butter cups, melted chocolate or chocolate shavings to garnish

Step 1
Place cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and light. Gently fold in whipped cream.

Step 2
Using a spatula, gently scoop filling into prepared, cooled chocolate cookie crust. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, drizzled melted chocolate or chocolate shavings.

Refrigerate 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving.
