Things You'll Need:
- A tube sock
- A few cups of rice (doesn't matter which kind, something inexpensive)
- A bit of lavender or some fragrant tea bags
- Microwave oven

Step 1
Fill a tube sock with rice and tie it in a knot.

Add a few sprigs of lavender or a fragrant tea bag (chamomile works best because of its soothing properties) if you desire.

Step 3
Heat the sock in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes.

Apply the sock to the affected area. It will stay warm for about an hour.
