How to Relieve Back Pain Naturally

If you suffer from chronic lower back pain and are tired of all of the smelly creams and drowsy medications, there is one natural remedy that really seems to help.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A tube sock
  • A few cups of rice (doesn't matter which kind, something inexpensive)
  • A bit of lavender or some fragrant tea bags
  • Microwave oven
  1. Step 1

    Fill a tube sock with rice and tie it in a knot.

  2. Step 2

    Add a few sprigs of lavender or a fragrant tea bag (chamomile works best because of its soothing properties) if you desire.

  3. Step 3

    Heat the sock in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Apply the sock to the affected area. It will stay warm for about an hour.
