Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 lb cubed cooked chicken
- 2 lbs or 1 package shredded hashbrowns (thawed if using frozen)
- 1 16 oz carton of sour cream
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled butter crackers(Ritz)
Step1
Preheat oven 350. While oven is pre heating sauté chicken pieces if not already done. I have even used chicken nuggets that I microwave for the chicken pieces.
Step2
Spray large baking dish with cooking spray.
Step3
Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
Step4
Sprinkle cracker crumbles over mixer.
Step5
Bake for 55 minutes or until top bubbles.

on 12/5/2007 I never thought about putting it all together. I will have to try this out the added crunch of the crackers sounds great.
