Things You'll Need:
- 2 cups pancake mix prepared
- 1 large apple thinly chopped
- 3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- Butter
- Skillet
-
Step 1
Prepare pancake mix as directed.
-
Step 2
Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar into pancake mixture. Mix well.
-
Step 3
Place skillet on medium heat.
-
Step 4
Add a good amount of butter to pan, about 2 Tbsp. When butter starts to melt, swirl it from the inside of pan to the outside of pan. Make sure whole pan is coated.
-
Step 5
Measure 1/4 cup of mix and pour into pan. You should be able to make 2 to 3 pancakes at a time in the pan.
-
Step 6
When the top of the pancake starts bubbling and the bottom is browned, then flip then over. The other side of pancake should brown within 30 seconds. So keep a close eye on it so it does not burn.
-
Step 7
When both sides are brown, add to plate and enjoy.
