Being in the great outdoors is wonderful, but have you ever gotten an itch on your back that you cannot reach? Trees are not only good for shade, they make great back scratchers.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Locate a tree that you can stand up against.

  2. Step 2

    Turn your back to the tree.

  3. Step 3

    Press your back up against the tree.

  4. Step 4

    Move back and forth in a side-to-side movement.

  5. Step 5

    Continue moving back and forth until the itch is gone.
